Language Big Data Alliance is hereby established jointly by government departments,   enterprises and public institutions, colleges and universities, and scientific research institutions for promoting the mutual application and sharing of language big data and related technological resources in the fields of teaching, practice, scientific research, among others in response to the call of "Action Outline of Promoting the Development of Big Data" released by the State Council in 2015.

Based on the open and shared platform of big data resources, the Language Big Data Alliance is a global, multi-field and multi-language alliance of scientific research and application. It serves as an open platform for multi-cooperation and resource sharing among governments, enterprises, colleges and universities, as well as research institutions. It aims at providing support for activities such as teaching, practice, scientific research and business   development with hundreds of millions of open corpus resources, technological resources, platform resources and others.
